With seasoned experts, immersive experiences, and a non-prescriptive point of view, each event invites participants to define wellness on their own terms -and feel deeply supported while doing it.

When I set out to create My Lively, I wasn’t looking to add another event to the sea of wellness options. I was craving something that felt missing: a place where conversations went deeper than small talk, where beauty wasn’t just about aesthetics but about how a space makes you feel, where experts were not only well-seasoned but effective, and where you could show up exactly as you are.

Like many of you, I’ve sat in rooms that felt more performative than personal. I’ve sorted through exhaustive lists of professionals promising quality guidance and healing. I’ve also scrolled through endless wellness advice online and wondered who I could actually trust. My Lively was born from that hunger for honesty, warmth, and togetherness.

Every gathering is a reminder that growth doesn’t have to be solitary, heavy, or prescriptive. It can be joyful, beautifully designed, and even playful. I wanted to create a space where curiosity is celebrated, where experts bring real wisdom (not trends), and where the simple act of sitting at a shared table feels like coming home.
